This was my first time to this shop and I can confidently say they’ve earned a new regular client! Xianna is the best! Not only is she detailed, but her work is outstanding! She took her time to ensure I loved my nails and immediately fixed anything I didn’t initially love. I will definitely be back and once again shout out to Xianna for bringing my nails back to life ☺️

What a great find! Google is definitely your friend! Was on a hunt for black owned nail salons and searched for some in my area. Lo and behold, Pretty Polish Nail Bar popped up and was only 5 minutes away from my house. I was a walk-in for my first visit and Jen was very accommodating. Awesome communication! Gave great advice on how my first nail tech made some mistakes and she reassured me she would take care of me! Sure enough, my service was excellent! My second appointment was made on the website and it was easy peasy! The other nail techs were a blast! I enjoyed my time spent receiving the service. I always get a great laugh when I’m there. (My kinda people) I’ve found my nail and pedicure service home! If you are in the Riverdale area, hey, even if you’re not, I highly recommend any

A spa is supposed to feel like an exhale. Calm. Clean. Professional. The Pretty Polish Bail Bar techs don’t show up, the space smells like weed, and loud, chaotic TV is blaring, it breaks the whole contract of what a spa experience is meant to be. At that point, you’re not paying for nails, you’re paying to escape, and instead you’re stressed and ready to run. That’s a failure of leadership, not just staff. Here’s the uncomfortable truth that needs saying out loud: Being Black-owned is not a free pass. Support doesn’t mean tolerating poor service. I love black businesses. Black-owned businesses, especially in beauty and wellness, have to take customer service seriously. Regular staff meetings matter. Clear standards matter. Showing up on time matters. Atmosphere matters. Professionalism

Book with Mia Moore every time you go! She’s the best nail tech, in my opinion, and is constantly perfecting her craft! Her work lasts 6 weeks or longer, and any inspo pictures you have she can do!

I’m so excited to have found a local nail salon that is not only black-owned, but also serves as a “one-stop shop”. Nothing compares to the convenience of being able to get your eyebrows, lashes, nails and wax serviced all in one. I have only visited twice and each time I have been met with satisfactory customer service. The overall ambiance of the salon is soft and feminine. It’s most certainly a place to unwind and relax while being pampered.
