Horrendous customer service. Charged 20 yr subscribers almost $200 yr and other yearly subscribers $100???? Complaints went nowhere. Delivery person delivers when he feels like it. Sometimes almost 8:00 Other newspapers re: cherry hill 4 am??? Was told delivery person likes to sleep in. Really? No one at customer service does anything about any issues. Even after 2 yrs of complaining and asking ; new delivery person. Already informed press canceling wen renewal is up. Cant even read news in south jersey. And one star way too many

They steal your money . I havent gotten my paper the whole week and the continued to charge me. They said the will refund but never did. I will never purchase a subscription again. 💩
