Customer Reviews
This was hands down the worst coworking experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the staff made it abundantly clear that we were an inconvenience rather than potential members. Cold, dismissive, and genuinely hostile would be putting it lightly — we have never felt so unwelcome in a professional environment. Basic questions were met with attitude. Simple requests were treated like personal insults. The energy was negative, tense, and frankly uncomfortable. Instead of feeling supported or inspired, we felt judged and pushed out. The space itself didn’t come close to justifying the behavior — and certainly not the price. There was absolutely nothing about this place that would make us consider it a “second home,” despite what they may try to market. For comparison, Second
We just had a corporate event with 125 people. The Oval room and courtyard were perfect for our event. The whole property is beautiful, and the open concept and natural light is inspiring. The entire team we worked with Angelica (coordinator), Wesley (Tech) and Danny (F&B) were communicative and helpful. The food and drinks were delicious. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. Our team is already asking when we can go back!
I attended a lovely private event here the other day. I don’t know how much came from the venue, but it was such a beautiful space right in LA. I have already recommended the space to a handful of people for future booking. Lots of trees and greenery create a beautiful biome, shielding you from the surrounding city. It was truly a treat
The staff were shockingly rude and unwelcoming — we’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a coworking space. Simple questions were met with attitude, and the overall energy was cold and hostile. Nothing about the space justified the behavior or the price. For contrast, Second Home was warm, professional, and actually felt like a place you’d want to work. We would never sign up here and strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
I love going to events at The Preserve LA. It's always well organized, the people are very helpful. They create an atmosphere of respectful and loving people whom love to network and have a great time. Restrooms are clean, lines for drinks don't take a lot of time, friendly environment and plenty of parking.
