The Polish Lounge Salon and Head Spa

Would not go back. My first experience with weave lady was good. My second experience with braider was traumatizing. Kept having to tell her she’s braiding too tightly. Then she was speaking to me rudely. I sensed a jealous spirit. Atmosphere was not welcoming. I asked her for change so that I can tip her and she pointed to next door. Good because the braids were heavy and not pretty like the picture. She didn’t deserve a tip anyway.

My stylist, was incredibly professional and took the time to listen to what I wanted. They gave me great advice on what would suit my hair type and face shape, and the final result was even better than I imagined! My hair looks and feels amazing healthy, shiny, and beautifully styled. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I appreciated the little touches like offering me a drink and making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The pricing was reasonable for the quality of service, and I’ll definitely be coming back. I get my facials from The Polish Lounge and I have to say best facial ever. They are professional when it comes to your skin and scalp I wasn't expecting the head massage but it was refreshing. I already recommended the salon to my sister and my friends about my experience. Nice and clean environment

Fantastic salon experience ! Highly Recommend Yolande , she’s great -provides high quality hair care and addresses any issues. I’ve been going to her for the last few months, always provides great service, pleasant energy and if there is a wait she is mindful, tries to get you in and out. I had a hair dilemma after my braids , didn’t have an appointment on a Saturday of all days and she still helped me work out my hair drama, I was beyond appreciative. That’s the type of person she is, amazing service and delightful person. The salon itself has a good vibe ..friendly stylists and welcoming environment.

I went yesterday to Polish Salon and I had a wonderful experience. The place is very clean and the people who work there are wonderful . They welcome me and my Daughter. The braider who braid mine and my daughters hair is very experience. She did a fabulous job. I found my braider. Love the people there
