Great experience being serviced at the salon. All employees were very pleasant and accommodating. Karen's assistant prep me rather quickly before she started my hair. Karen brought my vision as far as how I wanted my hair to life. Extremely satisfied with her work and her professionalism. Will definitely recommend anyone to go there to get their hair done at her establishment.

I’ve search long and hard for a stylist like Karen that would please me and thank God I did! Every time I walk out the salon my hair is amazing. I’m pleased with the warm welcome personality of the staff there, and their professionalism. Karen and Nicky her assistant very good team players, keep up the good work!!!!

Please do not come here unless you want your time wasted. The first time I came to this place after a few years was August 2021 when I wanted some goddess knotless braids for my birthday. I came in at 11am and didn’t leave until 7pm due to the stylist consistently stopping my hair to do other customers and try on clothes that a seller came into the store with. Today I booked an appointment for 1pm for a service that should not take more than 1hr and 30 minutes and all I have had done was my hair washed and dried with the keratin treatment. Not only did she forget that my appointment was today, but also she put clients before me even though I had already paid her a deposit and come before my appointment time began! I used to love coming here pre pandemic but I cannot continue to give this p

Very professional and top service. Im always greeted with a smile and a warm cup of tea. I also love that the salon is right in the neighboorhood but with a city feel. The staff never ceases to amaze me when it comes to their level of expertise in regards to hair, ranging from natural hair, wigs and weaves. Keep up the good work ladies!!!

Had my hair done Somewhere else, I wont call the name. It wasn't done to my liking. Next day i went to Beauty by Karen Mitchell and karen did an amazing job. Love the extensions and lace frontal i purchased too.
