The polish bar

It was my first time at The Polish Bar, and it’s such a cute, service-oriented salon! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming. My nail tech, Victoria, had amazing attention to detail and suggested a perfect polish combination. My nails turned out exactly how I envisioned. I also loved that they offer tea, sodas, and other drinks while you wait. I’ll definitely be back!

If I could, I’d give PAINT Nail Bar 10 stars! 🌟 The service here is phenomenal. The fact that they offer vegan and cruelty-free options is everything I’ve been searching for for years. I have sensitive skin and would constantly break out after visiting other nail salons—until I found this place. I feel so welcomed every time I go. My nail artist, Susy, is amazing! She takes her time, really listens to what I like and don’t like, and I always walk out with a smile—feeling like a princess. She’s even encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and play with some fun colors I never would’ve tried on my own! One thing I really appreciate is that they never make you feel rushed. This was my first and last time visiting the salon. I did not have a great experience, as you can see from my pictures and comments. Initially there was a confusion with our appointment, as there was another appointment under the same name. The front desk assumed and did not properly confirm our appointment as our appointment was for two people, not one. I shared my design idea with the nail artist ( a small squiggly line across my nail, I wanted this on three nails) and she told me I could only do two. I found it odd, as I was willing to pay extra and the design is not tedious. The nail artist mentioned if I wanted to add chrome and I responded “Chrome?” she responded condescending “yes, chrome” instead of explaining what the chrome finish is. I LOVE this nail place! Very service oriented. The technician that did my nails, Elma, helped me understand the different types of service options. I went in thinking I wanted a structured manicure, but did not end up getting it because it’s actually a tip to add length which I didn’t really want. She explained that what I essentially wanted is a “quickie overlay” on my existing nail because I already had the length I wanted with my natural nail and they will still be able to grow. It’s really pretty even without color. I will definitely be back.

I’m a happy client at this 5-star establishment! Long-lasting gel manicures - I’ve had two that lasted over 3 weeks each. No fumes = no headaches. And I’ve snagged some cute finds at Paint Nail Bar’s retail shop! Get a manicure and grab some noms at the delicious restaurants in that same row. Love this place!
