The Pilates Studio

The Pilates Studio is great! Heather is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor who continues to expand her knowledge of the body and how it can be reformed by Pilates. She tailors classes to the participants and offers modifications, as needed. The studio is clean and bright. Definitely a place to go if you are in Mountain Home and want to give Pilates a try.

Heather is a great Pilates instructor and the atmosphere in the Studio is one of a kind! I was a bit nervous to try Pilates but sent her a message and she was quick to respond and recommended and intro class. I signed up for membership the following week and it is amazing what a few Pilates classes and a good stretching class can do for your body! I’ve had some hip and low back pain for a while and the classes are really helping me! Try an intro class and you will be hooked!!!

I absolutely love the Pilates studio with Heather! Her classes are challenging yet fun, and her attention to detail ensures that you get the most out of each workout. The studio atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, making it a great place for all levels. Highly recommend!

Heather made my first Pilates experience exceptional. She was very engaged with everyone in the class. Not only did I get a great workout done, but also a great stretch. I absolutely loved it, and cannot wait to return!

The Pilates Studio has far exceeded my expectations! I’m a beginner in Pilates but I knew halfway through Heather’s intro class, I wanted a membership. She’s reassuring but makes sure everyone is completing the exercises in the safest way per individual. I can’t wait to continue classes and getting to know Heather!
