The outside of the building does not give the inside justify. The inside is very pretty and has a relaxing atmosphere. James gave a wonderful massage and was very professional. I will definitely go back!

James is a MUST! I have never felt so relaxed and it wasn't uncomfortable or too hard or soft. He follows the muscle pattern and approaches your soreness holistically. 5 stars!

Upon entering FMB Wellness, I was greeted by the receptionist and immediately felt at ease. The waiting area was comfortable. My appointment was with Rebecca. She was professional, listened as I explained problem areas to address, and she asked questions as she went to insure optimum comfort levels. Would highly recommend!

The atmosphere is relaxing and professional. I scheduled a massage with Rebecca who took some time before the massage to discuss what issues brought me in. The massage was catered to my needs, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I scheduled another appointment before leaving.

Tanya gave me a fantastic full body massage. She was able to release all of the tension in my body going very deep. It was a truly healing experience.
