absolutely love The Parlour Med Spa in Kendall. Audrey and Erika are both wonderful, and they make the entire experience so comfortable and easy. Audrey has done my laser hair removal treatments and she is fantastic at what she does. She is knowledgeable, gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly before starting. Both Audrey and Erika are great at communicating, answering questions, and making sure you feel confident and informed. Appointments are always punctual and efficient, which I really appreciate. The spa itself feels warm, cozy, and inviting instead of cold or overly clinical. It has a relaxing atmosphere where you actually enjoy being there. I had my initial consultation for laser hair removal yesterday with Audrey. Prior to my visit, Erika was warm, welcoming, and helpful getting my appointment scheduled. Audrey was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! The spa is clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated! They both answered my questions thoroughly, and Audrey did a patch test so I could see how the laser feels. It wasn’t painful at all! I start treatment next weekend, and I’m looking forward to being hair-free by summer!!! I’ll update with photos once I have completed my treatment

Highly recommend visiting the Parlour for your self-care needs. From Erika, with her welcoming smile, to Audreys knowledge and experience, its a real pleasure every time I step foot inside. My skin has never been as smooth and clear and I thank Audrey and her team for that. Even a less relaxing service like laser hair removal is enjoyable here. The salon was recommended by a friend I visited over the holidays. I was short on time, so they kindly brought the microneedling treatment to me. As a complete beginner, I was a bit nervous, but the esthetician was wonderful: professional, thorough, and happy to answer all my skeptical questions. The treatment wasn’t painful, the redness disappeared within 24 hours, and the results showed after 4–5 days (I followed carefully their advice for hydration). A week later, back in Europe, I was at a Parisian salon belonging to a major cosmetic brand (C******) were they complimented on my baby-smooth skin. That compliment alone proved it was so worth it!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The owner and staff are absolutely amazing and genuinely care about their clients and their work. I was very hesitant about laser hair removal at first, but I’m SO glad I chose The Parlour. After just one armpit session a month ago, I haven’t had a single hair grow back. I really trust their service, especially after reading about how other places don’t offer the best quality. The prices are AMAZING, everyone is incredibly kind, and the location is perfect with easy parking. I honestly can’t think of one bad thing to say!
