love these nails :) I have been keeping my sets and reusing them based on my outfits lol. they stay on regardless of how much I abuse them (I abuse them a lot 💀) and they’re way prettier in person. if anything resplving issues is p easy as long as u email or come to the stand in person and talk to whoever’s working. they are gorgeous ❤️ n a lot cheaper for the reuse value compared to going to a salon. ofc support ur local nail artists but if u wanna be cute on a budget its just so convenient and easy

I had such a great experience with the employee during my visit—she was incredibly sweet and genuinely passionate about promoting and selling the nails. Her energy made the whole shopping experience so enjoyable! The only reason I’m taking off one star is because of a sizing issue. I was recommended an XS based on a quick comparison to the employee’s own nails. I trusted the advice and picked up three pairs (two shown here for comparison). Unfortunately, the next day when I decided I wanted to try all of them, I realized that two of the three pairs were much too small, while the French tips fit perfectly. It seems like the French tips were actually size Small, and the others were XS, even though all were labeled XS. I’m glad I was able to make use of at least one pair, but I’m a bit disa

This is such a shame as I their designs are very diverse and really beautiful and with proper application they can last a long time. The reason why I’m giving one start is because of the customer service. I’m not sure what the problem was with the latest set I got but within a day of use, the actual paint came off. The nail itself is still glued to my nails but the design came off. I decided to ignore it because I can live with one nail not being perfect. The next day though, more and more of the paint came off up to the point where 4 of them is already off. I decided to give them a message on instagram to see if I can get a refund for the set or I would even settle for an exchange since I live really close to their vegas location anyways.
