Just got back from One Nail- i paid $77 for two people to get mani/pedi. BOTH peoples cuticles/sides of fingernails are all cut up. The techs were rough and rude- even telling my teen to get waxed before she gets her toes done. So freaking rude. In this town there are many nail places, pick another one.

So upset. Place was very clean and staff was very nice, but the level of incompetence is mind boggling. Lena waxed half my eyebrow off and there was nothing done to rectify. Just a mere we won’t charge for wax. Are you kidding me ? Charged me for the rest of services which I paid and even tipped on. But nothing was done for me to rectify the mess she created on my face. I can’t stop crying. She waxed half my eyebrow off and left bald patches. I’m so upset all they offered in return was to not charge for wax.
