Terrible experience. Reception/Call answering was a total mess and completely unprofessional. Arrived at my appointment time and the person doing my consult was different from the person doing my hair and I noticed there was a lack of communication. I had lowlights previously and wanted a root touch up to blend everything and they didn’t even ask what I wanted. Paid $70 for an inch of retouch. Ended up with hot roots, super orangey, no toner in sight. Asked them to dye my eyebrows while they were at it and they didn’t even comb the dye through. The center of my eyebrows are orange! Didn’t even completely dry my hair, didn’t ask me if I wanted any styling. Absolutely disappointed and hate my new hair. Still tipped my stylist because it seemed like she was an apprentice still. Such a beautifully organized place with really nice staff. For a male haircut it's $25, and they wash your hair before cutting it, great value in my opinion. I would definitely not come under a time crunch though since there is a high chance for a wait time. I definitely recommend it and I'm coming back for sure!

I haven't had my hair cut in years and stopped dying/bleaching it a year ago. I needed the dead ends cut bad. I was worried about finding a salon that would do what I wanted and not go scissor happy with my hair as I wanted to keep as much of my length as possible although I knew it was my own fault how bad it needed a big chop from so many years of damage. Bowen was very professional, patient, and friendly. He kept me informed every step of the way and made me feel comfortable. He knows what he's doing and takes his time to make sure he got every split/dead end. I would highly recommend him and look forward to going back if I ever need another cut.
