The most amazing experience at a salon I have ever had and I'm 45! Extremely experienced and friendly staff. Excellent vegan hair products. Great prices! Highly recommended to all genders and all ages!

Also I'd really like to add that every single hair salon/shop/studio in Tullahoma yesterday was completely booked and I couldn't get into them. TECHNICALLY, these guys were booked too BUT BROOKLYN FIT ME IN REGARDLESS for my last minute urgent care. She absolutely did what no other business was able to do (not faulting other businesses; but just stressing how much it meant to have someone go above and beyond). This alone meant more than the words I can express. These are great people doing amazing things, seriously come check them out.

The truth is that this place does have amazing stylists. Having three kids, they can be very picky. So we gave our stylist pictures of what we all wanted. They gave us exactly that. It's sometimes hard to get every kid happy, but my clan generally are here. We've gone there through various versions and were pleased overall. I try very hard not to post negative reviews online, because I know how much it can affect a business. But today, I experienced some of the worst business behaviors (in my opinion). The reason I'm giving them a 3 is because I feel like they don't respect time or each other. Today was the 2nd time I've made an appointment and had to wait. Last time we waited over 30 minutes, this time we spent almost 20 minutes waiting. I had had enough. Why? Because on top of having
