The NOW Massage Southlake

Great consistent experience with massage therapists who care. I have gone to NOW massage in Southlake several times. First, I love the concept across all NOW massage locations. The concept involves rooms that are open at the top with low lighting and white noise of the ocean. I have told others about how the concept communicated safety to me. I also like this because I have had massages where the therapist talks the whole time. That won't happen at NOW. Second, I have never had a bad experience. I have found the perfect massage therapist for me and consistently go back to her. I started several months ago with large knots in my shoulders that was ultimately causing a pinched nerve. Wow I had my first message here today, I love love love loved it! I wish they had longer massage options because I would have done a 2 hour massage if I could. I got the 50 hour massage with deep tissue with my friends. We all had a wonderful experience. They first lead you into a separate room to ask about what you want to focus the message on, since the message room is one huge room separated by curtains / canopy type dividers (see picture) which loud ocean waves playing which is sooooo relaxing. Only whispering is allowed in the message room and it’s just so nice. Definitely want to go again. 10/10. My therapist… wish I remembered her name but she was fantastic! She had glasses and long curly grey/brown hair. 10/10 want her again.

Best experience EVER. Five stars isn't enough for this place. I felt so welcomed the moment I stepped in. The receptionist was extremely friendly. Shanice was my massage therapist, and completely spoiled me. It was the best massage I've ever gotten! I wish I lived closer so I could cone more often.

Ive tried many massage chains across the metroplex and this location is by far the best! I’ve been coming here for over a year, each time a different masseuse and am always so impressed by the talent and care that’s given with each massage. Today, I got a massage from Alan for Mother’s Day and it was the best massage I've ever received hands down. I’ve always struggled with requesting deep tissue because it’s rarely the experience I’m looking for (either just painful throughout, or not enough pressure) and Alan was so prescriptive in his approach, and seriously so good at what he does. This place beats out any 5-Star resort spa massages, and is extremely well priced for the talent of masseuses. Absolutely love this place and can’t wait to book with Alan again!

Each time I leave here I can’t wait to come back! Staff members are friendly, massage therapists are skilled and listen to exactly what service you need, and the atmosphere is so calming and serene.
