The atmosphere was calming, clean, and welcoming, and the massage itself was absolutely incredible. Every bit of tension I walked in with was gone by the time I left. The pressure was perfect, they really listened to what I needed, and you can tell they truly care about what they do. It was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Luna is an excellent massage therapist! I asked her to focus on just my back and legs and to do what she could to relieve sciatic pain and she knew exactly what she was doing. Extremely knowledgeable. The spa itself was very nice and well kept. Emma at the front desk was also great! I would recommend this place to anybody who lives in Nashville or is visiting.
