My massage was truly wonderful. Rishelle made sure to check what it is that i wanted focus on and catered the massage to that. I felt so amazing afterwards! The set up of the room is nice and the bedding was super comfortable. Overall is was amazing. A single massage is on the higher end, so the membership would be worth it!

Great experience! I stopped by after a long day of work and was pleasantly surprised. The location in downtown Birmingham is very convenient, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful with recommending add-ons. My massage therapist, Jamie, was wonderful and made me feel relaxed the entire session. The price was a little higher than expected, but overall it was worth it. I even signed up for a membership. Definitely recommend!

My wife bought a package for us to use as a gift for an accomplishment and I was impressed by our multiple visits. Communication was very clear with the masseuse I had each time and the second time was excellent where there was a conversation about a sciatic nerve target before which we able to be alleiviated. The rooms are very clean as the establishment is quite new but so far doing a great job at maintaining an excellent level of relaxation and cleanliness with fresh linens and good white noise. I am a large person so it was nice to have someone able to deliver proper pressure and we enjoyed their treatments and hope to be back soon! My two friends and I decided to do a girls spa day and dinner afterwards in Birmingham. We had a great time at aThe NOW. We each did a Swedish massage and I had the masseuse Dave S. He did a great job with getting the tension out of my neck and back. He made sure the pressure was good. The ambiance was relaxing, there were soothing sounds of waves playing. Thank you Dave!

I had a signature NOW massage with the hot stone enhancement with Nicole and would highly recommend. Prior to treatment, we spoke about tight muscles from exercise and she customized my massage to my areas of concern. Nicole was highly intuitive and knowledgeable. My experience was relaxing as well as healing. I look forward to coming back for a Stretch. The studio is aesthetically beautiful, clean and smells amazing. As soon as you step behind the door, you’re transported to relaxation. I became a member because the price cannot be beat for the value. Monthly massages for $80! I’m hooked!
