In response to your deeply unapologetic and generic reply, I find it troubling that the salon claims to respect every client’s privacy when the owner herself acknowledged breaching privacy. That inconsistency is extremely concerning and again, i would not trust anything or anyone here. I strongly advise all women to avoid Roche Salon and its owner, Rochelle. Based on my experience, there is a massive breach of professional ethics occurring here. It is my belief that personal information shared during appointments is being misused. While the technical hair services were subpar, I believe professionalism and discretion are just as important as skill. I would strongly encourage anyone who values privacy and personal boundaries to be mindful about what they share. A salon should be a safe spa

Rochelle, her staff and salon are amazing. I had K-tips installed for the first time and they are beautiful. The peaceful and welcoming energy made me feel at home. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for high skill in a tranquil environment.

Truly love every part of Roche! The salon itself is so pretty, from the furniture choice to the mirrors in the back for photos. I'm a return client of Klea's and she continues to nail every haircut and blowout and really cares about the details. She's also so lovely! Looking forward to my next visit 💗

Amazing experience at Roche Salon! As someone who is new to the world of hair extensions, I was a bit apprehensive, but Rochelle made me feel completely at ease!! She patiently walked me through all of my options and explained the application process step by step, ensuring I felt confident in my choices. She did an amazing job with my hair and I’m so happy with how it turned out! All of the ladies at Roche are so welcoming and kind, making the overall experience enjoyable from start to finish!! I can't recommend Roche enough for high quality service and their ability to tailor each experience to individual needs!!!!
