The Norwich Spa at Foxwoods

Spa is lovely, but I only gave it 3 stars because, no chairs that recline, sauna room had no aromatherapy benefits. The hydro spa the worker left the door open so many people looked in the room when I was relaxing .

I tried the hydro massage at the Norwich spa. It was a unique experience. The front desk associate Jonathon provided excellent customer service and the 30 minute massage was affordable. You can control the speed and pressure of the water jets. The blanket also provided a warm, cozy vibe. The massage room can accommodate up to 2 people.

Hi had a facial with Natarsia and it was amazing! I’ve had facials before, but she has the touch and bedside manner for it! She got my face so clean. When I left the spa, my skin felt youthful, plump, and glowing- I felt so pampered and relaxed. She educated me on what my skin needs to keep it looking the way it did when I left, and didn’t try selling me on anything I didn’t need which I appreciated. I’ll be back soon! I highly recommend seeing her and you’ll see what I mean. 5 stars!

My husband and I had a massage with Steven and Rich and it was terrific, we didn't want the massage to end. They both were very professional and truly provided a great spa experience. I also want to acknowledge Jonathan at the receptionist desk. He was so knowledgeable, professional and had a kind and great personality. We plan on going back for another massage and probably experience other services there as well. Thank you for a wonderful spa day.

My sister and I had such a good time here! Jonathan was so welcoming and friendly! He made our experience feel nothing less of divine and special. We would definitely come back just to see him again, he was such a positive and fun vibe. We both had amazing massages and blowouts by heather who was so fun, personable and helped us feel and look great. We couldn’t be happier with our time here. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
