Great employees and super helpful . Helped me find some items for a sick family member . They have Bath & Body Works Eucalyptus Spearmint Shower Steamers which are super helpful for congestion. Love the Cucumber melon scents on deodorant and the vanilla walnut lotions and foot rubs. I wish I asked the girls name that helped me but she was working about 5pm today 11/07 had short dark hair and glasses. Thank you so much for your help and for being so friendly as I entered the store. You were super helpful when I asked for help with Bath salts

The store itself is fine, it’s a bath and body works. But the employees… or at least the one at the register today “Jessie” was very rude, she had a snotty look on her face and just wasn’t nice, i came in with my friend who has autism and has a hard time with math. And Jessie was not very fond of it

I had booked a room with a tub and they only give you one packet of bath salts so I wanted more. The employees were very helpful in finding what I needed. They even helped me find a coupon online so I could save 20% off my entire order

I was in this store today and it’s a beautiful store. However, the customer service is absolutely terrible. There were FOUR people working and not one person said a word to me. I was literally a foot away from a worker who was putting product out and nothing. The other two were gossiping at the register and complaining about someone telling them their sales for the previous week or something weren’t good enough and whatever else. Doesn’t matter, shouldn’t be done in the floor in front of customers. Sales aren’t good there because the associates are on the floor greeting customers or trying to sell any products. The cashier greeted me when I walked up and wasn’t that pleasant either. I don’t think I’ll be back. I’ll find another one to go to.
