27 years been going this place "The New You" Simple & never fails , Peter the only person that can curl my hair travel to Miami just to get my hair done. 137 ave bird road (40 st ) He been here for 38 years. ( Does everything , men woman kids curl cut & color)

Manicurist is dirty and doesn't properly sanitize and disinfect her implements. I have seen with my own eyes how dirty she is. I am about to report her to DBPR

I been there 3 times,You learn not to make the same mistake after the 2nd try. The 1st time,haircut was very bad done,hair was chopped all over,and uneven ,it took me 8 months to let it grow.2nd try,just did my roots,and dont know what happen,but my hair,got super damaged,and started falling off,I guess it was the hair dye,he used. 3rd time was a charm,I alwas use the same brand hair dye,for the last 6 months,and my hair comes out perfect,but this time,I was too lazy to do it myself,so what can go wrong,just doing my roots. Well, my roots came out orange,And then he told me,that he wasnt going to use the whole tube,which it was fine,but I guess he didnt use the right amount of each. Horrible experience.Never going back again. I also told him,that when I get home,I had to dye my hair again.

I have been a loyal client of Peter's for the past 31 years. His prices are reasonable. He keeps his appointments and I have never had a bad haircut. I would recommend him highly for any service, either haircut or manicure or pedicure. If you are lucky, his wife will be there on Saturday to do a great pedicure. Nota10. I have been a client of “ The New You” for almost 20 years. Peter is very gracious, I feel completely comfortable with his service, conversation and the atmosphere he creates in the salon. I cannot imagine going to anyone else to do my hair whether it is for a wash, cut, dry, or color. Peter accomodates to all his client’s needs. He is professional and his prices cannot be beat.
