The Naked Branch

LOVE The Naked Branch Company!! I’ve ordered quite a few products them and have been extremely impressed with everything. The all natural products are a huge necessity for me. As someone with very sensitive skin, these are some of the only skincare products I can use without breaking out! I personally love the dew over face cream, it’s super light and keeps my skin moisturized all year long!

I’ve tried almost every product from The Naked Branch. The quality of the products are amazing. The soaps lather extremely well and they leave your skin moisturized. The Orange Peel and Pear are two of my favorites. There’s a slight sent but not overwhelming. I’ve used the peppermint lip balm. Much better than the more expensive store bought brands. The newest line is the body glaze. It keeps my skin feeling soft all day without a greasy feel. I alternate between that and the lemon balm serendipity body oil. I’ve used the Lavender salve on my face after having several pre cancerous places removed. It kept it from leaving scars and actually made my skin soft. I just have to say that I find it very “interesting” that Freeman Corporations (who has never written a single other review and who has no other activity on their profile) would take the time to give a negative review on a small business whose owner they’ve never met and whose products they’ve never tried. As to their unsolicited (and unwarranted) advice, if they had bothered to look you up on social media, they would’ve seen that there are plenty of opportunities to send you any necessary feedback through social media posts and messaging. The boutique owner she mentions in her review must think highly enough of Naked Branch products to carry them in her shop. was visiting the local boutique Always August to pick up an online sale item I purchased. After looking over some of your products and asking the lady Andrea who introduced herself as the owner some questions about said product. She acted somewhat hesitant and stated she wasn't fond of how the soap made her skin feel. You might have a concise discussion with the owner so that she may explain the problem she had with some of your products. That way you may get adequate remediation for the problem and get better service in the future. You lost a customer that evening due to her not so positive feedback. I understand everything is not likely to be rosy all the time and you need to establish a system for expressing concerns or dissatisfaction. That was very unprofessional in my eyes.
