First time going, the person said they can do exactly what I had pictured, it turned out nothing like that and took over 6 hours and it’s 3 different colors. My scalp is so sensitive and the bleach burned my ear

I was going to remove a star because of a slight inconvenience, but I didn't for the turnout. I scheduled 2 back to back appointments with a girl named Kelly, and I pulled up and no one was in there. The place was dark. So, I was messaging with the owner (very nice, pleasant, sweet person btw) and she ended up calling another stylist to come in and provide service, which I was so thankful for since I had an excited kiddo that practically begged me to let her get her hair cut. Jackie came in and cut both of our hair and I couldn't be happier! She was extremely nice and accommodating, and let me tell you, she is AMAZING at what she does! Found our new stylist, that's for sure. So, even though there was a slight panic for me, it turned out to be alright 🩷

She speaks highly of her staff and there are so many services here. You won’t need to leave town! All services can be viewed online with pricing. Scheduled with KEELEY RAMIREZ. My youngest daughter has naturally curly hair, wanted highlights and styled. With curly hair certain products were used as stylist totally mastered the look my daughter wanted. Highlights were perfectly placed, cut was exactly as we wanted. Most locations cut too short. So I scheduled myself a haircut, so so happy with the look. I really had no idea my youngest daughter’s hair would turn out like this! We L-O-V-E It! No longer will I go to any other location for all the services Vagabond provides! The cost listed…included some of tip. Daughter has naturally curly hair and was treated with extra care i feel. There were certain things done we asked for. Sausha is incredible and truly talented at what she does! I would highly recommend anyone to her. She is very educated in the nail industry and takes pride in her work. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
