First time here for pedicures the wife were pleased on them being able to take us in right at opening on Sunday. Great massage chairs. Prices were good. And everyone was very friendly.

I brought my daughter for a mani-pedi day and we both felt so cared for from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is peaceful and filled with such positive, loving energy …it felt like a little escape from everyday stress. My daughter’s gel nails and toes look gorgeous, and my dip powder nails and gel toes are beautifully shaped plus they took their time and treated my natural nails so gently to help me keep my length, which I really appreciated. The paraffin wax was heavenly and left my skin so soft, but the highlight for me was the hot stone massage 🥰exactly what I needed to relax and feel pampered. This place doesn’t just do nails… they truly nurture you. You can feel the care they put into every detail, and we left feeling refreshed, happy, and beautiful. 💅🏼💖

Disappointed After Months as a Loyal Customer We've been coming to The Nail Spot for several months and thought we'd finally found our go-to nail salon. Unfortunately, our regular technician, Mariah, wasn't available during our last visit, and we decided to stay anyway. My daughter and I both requested the top-tier pedicure and manicure services. I made it clear that I wanted matching designs on the same finger of each hand. When the work was done, the designs did not match. I immediately let the technician know this bothered me and that it wasn't what I had asked for. I even offered to accept the nails as-is if they could provide a small discount, since the result wasn't what I'd requested. I’ve been coming to the Nail shop for over three years. There was definitely NOT any bias service involved. I found the offer of donuts to not only offer exceptional service; but, an atmosphere of laughter and harmony. The other day I experienced someone whom seemed to be a person of unthankful moments. I was offered some donuts from Nikki. I was surprised to learned that they were offended because they felt they were overlooked. I can only say this was not the case. I seen those at the shop offer more than just food, maybe it was a personal request for me? Would you go to a restaurant and ask for something no one offered you? I don’t think so. I’m sorry you felt that way. I hope that we can be bigger than the donut and bigger than the hole it creates!

Paul is the MAN!! First time had a pedi mani done by him and I will only request him from now on !! Overall the staff was awesome. Thank you guys for the amazing work and hospitality ❤️
