THE NAILS BAR

I recently visited your salon for a full set of acrylics on my toes. During the service, I mentioned that I did not want my nails any longer than they already were. The technician proceeded to cut my natural nails short, and when I asked if they could be made longer, I was told nothing could be done since I had “asked for them short.” This was not what I requested, as the purpose of getting acrylics was to have length added. Unfortunately, the service I received was disappointing. For my first visit, I spent $100 and left very unsatisfied with the results. I expected clearer communication and a better overall experience. Nails always great. This time I had lip waxed and that was traumatic. I have scans and itching and pain. I’d like a refund at least. This is embarrassing and painful. Went on Jan 3. Took pic today.

The staff at this nail salon was incredibly friendly and helpful. They listened attentively to my concerns and preferences. The place was spotlessly clean, and the drinks were delicious. I’m so glad I found this new nail salon; I have no regrets!

Linda is my nail tech. She has been doing my nails for about three years. I am always very happy with her work. Yesterday’s set was exactly what I asked for. I would strongly recommend her work.

Horrible experience. The owner repeatedly came over to my nail tech while she was doing my nails, rushing her because there were other customers waiting. After the fifth time he interrupted, I finally approached him and asked if there was an issue with the time she was taking. I made it clear that I was paying for a service and that his constant hovering was making me extremely uncomfortable, to the point where I couldn’t trust that my nails would even come out okay. The poor nail tech was clearly intimidated and pressured, which is completely unacceptable. No customer should feel uncomfortable, and no employee should be treated that way. This kind of behavior creates a stressful environment for everyone involved.
