The Nail Venue

Made an appointment days prior just to be told I don’t have an appointment! Which in fact I called to confirm my time 3 hrs prior. My appointment was taken by someone else! I’ve been loyal since I moved here since April! Just rude and everyone else was served of course, I had to wait after appointment time still! Person in the picture is obnoxious and speaks to customers any kind of way! Yes, he made it seem like it was my fault that they didn’t book me one the right day! How can you tell me Cristina is off on Wednesday but Weenie is available but book for Tuesday, in which I was in another country that day! Do better, and thank you Phong for trying

Went here a few days ago unfortunately to get a pedicure. The short Asian lady was awful and looked very unhappy. She was 100% talking crap with the spanish lady and thought I didnt know. Anyway, the spanish lady doing my feet did an averrage job. Some of my nails were not polished all the way and the bottom of my feet were barely scraped. Just now seeing their reviews and now I understand the 3 stars. Don't like leaving bad reviews for nail salons because they work hard and do tough jobs but we actually had a bad experience here. Note to the Asian lady who did my guy friends feet: Do better. If you're unhappy doing peoples feet, find a better job instead of inflicting your misery on PAYING customers. We will never come back.

I come for manicure and pedicure with gel. The day after, all my nails were completely ruined. I went back to the shop after 20 hours of my service and asked to be gently repaired or for a refund. They completely denied my request. Unfortunately, I must suggest to not go to this place due to bad service and bad manners of both employees and especially the management team who were very rude. I am in town for a conference and I couldn't get a pedicure booked back home. Walked into the salon and Linda took perfect care of my toes. No nail polish for me, but my feet are now light as feathers. I also had a quick brow and lip wax with Tina. Fast and painless. The receptionists could be more friendly, but at the end of the day, I want a job well done from the beauticians, and that I definitely received!

I’ve been working with Laura for a while now and she does an excellent job every time. I love everything about having her as my nail technician, from her warm and friendly attitude, to exceptional attention to the details that’s impressive. my nails are always gorgeous, healthy, and stays like the first day without lift or breaking even when I’m too busy to make it on time for my appointment. I’d highly recommend Laura.
