First time visiting Nail Pro, I had a very good experience with the nail tech Kathy and Helen. took my kids to get their nails done service 10/10; They took the time to make sure my kids nails were perfect. I would definitely coming back.

Lisa did such a great job on my nails. I been looking for a salon that did dip and she did an excellent job!

Took my niece to get her nails done. She waited a full hour to get someone to help her. Upon asking for a "MANAGER" The lady asked why. Clearly if I'm asking for manager, I'm not satisfied as a customer. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here, their customer service is the worst I've seen so far. No apology was made, no one even bothered to ask if there was anything to make the situation better.

came here today and brought my 5 year old daughter and her mother and myself to get manicure and pedicures for us all and they took so long to even start my feet i just put my shoes on. things seem to be very unorganized and as if no one understands what’s going on. I will not visit this place customer service is horrible paid for my daughter and her mom and just waited. will not be leaving any tips at all not a penny will not be coming back to this business. Trash

Amazing experience! Took my daughter and grandma here for the first time. We all got pedis. Technicians really took their time with us, massages were great, and my nails were done with great detail. The space was very clean, they sanitize their tools, and use tub liners. Prices were very reasonable and all listed online accurately. They did not try to upcharge me. I will definitely come back!
