The Nail Place

I went to this place on Thursday November 20th. Upon arrival they were not welcoming and just looked at me when I came in. I went too the kiosk to check in and fill out information. A young lady came to sit us. She was nice. She told us to sit and we waited 5 minutes for someone to come and start the water. A young man tended to my service and a lady sitting next to him name Kim tended to my husband. As the man started my pedicure she started leaning over telling him what to charge me and he was just taking off polish. She proceeds to say it’s 5 dollars to take off polish. Then she kept looking over while he was trying to do my pedicure which made it very unpleasant and relaxing. Then Kim says if she want cut down another $5. At this time I’m telling my husband I will never come back here.

I got to my appointment early and was taken right away. I got my nails done by Yen, she was a great help with finding colors they matched my inspo picture. it’s so hard to find a salon that does a good job for an affordable price, and this place did that!

Omg mimi is my new brow gawd. She snapped in my brows. I’m always scared to go to new people because I am picky about my brows but she did an amazing job. We had some good girl chat too. Super sweet. Thank you so much. I will be back.

UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! They were upset because I wouldn't let them charge me whatever they felt like for that day..I went back to get a fill in 2 weeks later and they keep skipping over me acting as if they were waiting for their appointments to arrive while I sat there for over an hour...I finally realized what they were doing so I politely got up and walked out. I will never spend my money were its not wanted...I went right down the street to NAIL SPA AND GOT WONDERFUL SERVICE 45$ FOR FILL IN AND LITTLE DESIGN PLUS I GAVE 10$ TIP ...THE NAIL PLACE IS CLASSIST AND UNPROFESSIONAL & THEY WOULD'VE TRIED TO CHARGE ME $95 PLUS FOR THIS SET...WHEN I ONLY PAID 45$ AT THE NAIL SPA 3 MINUTES AWAY FROM THEM GO TO THE NAIL SPA !!!
