The Nail Lounge

My significant other and I are down here on vacation. Prior to vacation I had gotten my nails done and it was a definite need to get them off. I had searched for a place locally and came across the nail lounge. Lilly and her coworker there were so welcoming and inviting to their facility! Prices were 100% reasonable and they make you feel very comfortable. I 100% highly recommend. Thank you again Lilly for a beautiful job on my nails!

I paid 60 for ombre and 3 Days later they were popping off! I went back and had them fix my nails but it done no good they are popping off again! I have been getting my nails done over 30 years now and I've never had my nails be to the point of coming off in such a short time! I know others that have been to them also and have had the same problem! I won't be going back to them.. and I definitely won't recommend them to anyone!

The nail lounge is a great place with wonderful nail techs. They are very nice and friendly. He did amazing work on nails and pedicure. There is no place I would rather go, for great service, affordable and very accommodating for special circumstances.

Drove all the way from Gatlinburg (I'm a local of Gatlinburg) to this place before they opened and waited in the car 15 minutes before opening time. There was an elderly lady who arrived at the same time we did. At opening time the elderly lady got out and went to the door but it was locked so she sat on the bench in the hot sun and continued to wait for 10 more minutes, then finally this lady shows up and opens the place so we go in too just to be told there's no availability until 3pm......walk ins clearly NOT welcome. Only one woman there and she's late. Very unprofessional. Never seen a nail place without more than one nail tech. Took our business down the street and got excellent service there instead where there were Multiple techs and open on time not keeping elderly people with wal

Only went here because the nail salon I normally go to was closed that day. Probably one of the worst mistakes I have made nail wise. The nails I chose did have some designs on them and they are also my birthday nails. I asked for coffin shaped and ended up leaving with square shaped. They are also extremely thick and very sharp on the sides to the point I have already cut myself with them and I got them done yesterday. Also, while the man was filing my nail he let the nail file rest on my skin on my pinky finger which caused a cut on my finger that’s very painful. I was also getting a pedicure and he dug so far into my toe with the clippers that I was pulling away from him in pain. I have been getting my nails done since I was 16 and this has by far been the worst experience. Also, I left
