The Nail Lounge

Ryan was meticulous about the detail he put in prepping my nails for a dip manicure and design on my ring finger. Tammy took her time to wax my eyebrows and frequently asked if I was okay after the wax was applied. I was offered a choice between a beverage or water. Both Ryan and Tammy were humble, friendly and conversational. The Nail Lounge has a clean, well organized and attractive appearance. The skill and class of this Nail Lounge is top tier. I would highly recommend it to all of my friends and family.

I tried this place out for the first time today, and was extremely happy with my dip set and pedicure. The salon was clean, organized, and beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I am very picky when it comes to my nails, so I have a hard time trying out new places. I'm so happy I did. I think I found my new nail salon.

0/10 This place used to be my go to and I usually came when it wasn’t busy so I had a great time but after today I had the worse experience. The guy doing my work rushed and seemed frustrated when I calmly asked him to fix certain things. I won’t be coming back. My nails are hideous and did not come out the way I wanted. They offered me a 5 dollar discount. It’s not about the money but how I was treated. I asked the guy to add another jewel and he bluntly said no and there was no time. If I’m paying for my nails 120+ dollars I would want it to look the way I want and for it to be decent. My nails aren’t even cured the whole way. They are sticky and ugly. He couldn’t do the cheetah design so I asked him to change it and he wanted to charge me even though his original work was hideous and

Very courteous. I walked in without an appointment and as soon as I checked in, they got me in a chair and started working on my nails. The nail tech made sure I was comfortable and very careful did my nails exactly how I wanted them. The atmosphere was just all around great! 100/100!
