Katrina is Amazing! Hands down, no question I will be going back to see her again! Being a former college baseball player, I should've been going to get professional massages long before now! But I'm so glad I found lavender! I won't be going anywhere else! 5 star, highly recommend Lavender in Auburn, AL... I need to warn anyone considering Lavender Health Spa: avoid this place at all costs. My experience was unprofessional, dishonest, and completely infuriating. I arrived at 5:50 PM for a 120-minute massage listed at $130. Immediately, I was charged $140 and pressured for a $100 tip before the massage even started. I did not get the full two hours I paid for. I was out the door by 6:50 PM—barely an hour instead of the promised two. The massage itself was rushed, sloppy, and completely unprofessional. The person performing the massage left the room five or six times during the session, completely ruining any chance of relaxation. The interruptions, combined with the poor quality of the massage, made it impossible to feel any sense of care or comfort. I felt cheated, disrespected, and compl

First time coming, as a walk-in, and it was by FAR the best massage I have ever had! Very clean, new, and professional. The bed is more comfortable than most places too. Very friendly owners.
