The Nail Fix

Came to my appointment today asking powder dip (just like before) and after choosing a color and glitters the advice was gel. I could not be more sad, unhappy and feeling super disappointed after spending almost 2 hours and $60 for something that I want to take off so badly. I tried to politely say that I wanted to have the edged covered and the shape the same, and this is my result. I have gel on my own nails, and it looks like I have fake nails glued on, uneven shaped, polish way too thick and not covered well. I tried to explain what I wanted in a polite way, but the response David gave me made me feel so uncomfortable, that I just wanted to pay and get out of that space. I will never go back, shame on you. I have seen the ladies do a way better job.

Will never go back. They ruined my nails. I grew out my own nails. They were so beautiful and strong. I asked for gel manicure and I don't know what they put on them, but it completely destroyed them and the hard work I put into growing them. Not to mention 2 broke and one completely came off in the 1st week. Now my nails are so weak and brittle and still has stuff stuck to them over a month later. This place is awful

Obsessed with the spring manicure I got here. I got mani/pedi/acrylics with gel polish and hand painted designs plus had to have old set removed and old gel polish removed from feet so very reasonable for everything I needed done. I came in with a reference photo and the nail artist checked in with me each step of the way to make sure I liked how it came out. I called last minute and they managed to fit me in which was awesome. Found my new go-to spot in the SCV :)

Ava he is incredible and a true artist. Her eye for detail and her sweet nature make her a pleasure to be with. I wish I had a before picture to show what a huge difference this salon makes compared to another salon I went to just a week before. I had no idea what I wanted and Ava showed me pictures and helped me pick the shape and colors. I am truly impressed and dare say they are perfect. I have never liked my nails so much and it was relaxing and fun getting them done. thanks Ava see you soon.

Made an appointment for a full set of acrylics. Was greeted and seated immediately. My technician was awesome and made sure she wasn't hurting me. I haven't gotten my nails done in years so I don't have much to compare it to. I would return to this location.
