I've been trying to find out about their PDRN microneedling since February 6th (today is 20th). I sent an email and never got a response. I called twice during this time, and both times the receptionist did not have an answer as to what brand they use for PDRN or what microneedling device they use. Both times the receptionist promised to find out and call me back. The first time the receptionist said she could see my number and didn't need me to give it to her, the second time the receptionist actually asked for it. Hmmm. I don't know if this is just the receptionist or the entire company, but seems like new customers (or any customers?) are just not appreciated. I feel unwelcome and dismissed. Very unpleasant experience. I really considered getting this service here, but I'll have to find

Dr. A, Lyndsay, and Ashly at Valencia Medical Center made the entire hormone replacement therapy process so welcoming and easy to understand. They took the time to walk me through all of my options and answered every question with SO MUCH patience. I decided on pellet therapy, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
