Overpriced, even for LA standards, very mediocre work. I went there to get 2 nails fixed. 1 of them had an extremely simple line design. The guy said he cannot do it so he called someone else. They tried to charge me $40 claiming it was because the length of the medium nails. I went down the street to another shop.they even said the design was extremely simple and the nails were not that long. I paid $15 here. Please don’t let them fool you! Do not pay them I attached the nails that were fixed.

I hate leaving negative reviews, especially because the staff is really friendly but I wish id have read this review before going. I ended up walking in for removal, builder gel, and tiny heart designs. I’ve had this same service multiple times at another salon in DTLA for $60 (max $70 with design) unfortunately this salon was closed today and as I was heading out of town tomorrow I had to quick pop in somewhere else. My nails look adorable but cost $115 (not including tip). If I knew that beforehand I would have called around a few places. It was genuinely a bit shocked after they told me at the end. If you don’t mind spending that much, they do a good job- I just know there are better prices downtown for this same service (including removal, hard gel and designs) who do just as good for

Just got a gel pedi & mani and had a great, amazing experience! I haven’t gone to the nail shop in over a year and felt like I was shedding OFF 2020! LOL! I recommend everyone to do the same. Kathy did my feet and exfoliated & massaged them so well!!! I’ll for sure request her again. Also, they do NAIL ART if your looking for that type of service. I didn’t get it done this time, but will get it done next time. You do need to make an appointment, yet I’m sure if they’re not busy maybe you can walk in. Call ahead to make sure. I got my nails done three days ago for Halloween and this is how they look already. I’ve literally been living my regular day to day life and my nails have been falling apart each day. I called trying to get them done over today and they tried to argue me down about it yelling at me over the phone. They are very unprofessional and I will not be returning to this establishment.

Went here for the first time yesterday and I’m so glad I did! Ann slayed my acrylic nails ! And my pedicure by Tina was lovely (she really exfoliated my feet which isn’t always the case with pedicures) I am thrilled I found this little hole in the wall nail spot with great prices and great nail techs. My search is over 🙌
