The Master Barber Experience

I have passed by this barbershop many times since I live in the area and loved the vibe. Normally I take my 10 year old son to a Hispanic barber shop since I am Hispanic. My son has very straight hair and every time he would get a haircut they would butcher his hair. The music at the barbershops are always loud, lots of loud music, talking and the barbers take a hour if not more. I decided to try this barbershop and see how it goes. I think the price was fair for a kids cut, it includes washing, the cut and hot towel. The moment I walked in the I noticed the barbers were dressed in a very professional way. What a wonderful experience!!! Orlando was calm, welcoming, and very careful. I came here because I needed a great cut and shave before my wedding. Orlando paid close attention to detail for all of my requests and did some things I didn’t even expect (in a good way!). They were even super accommodating with my Best Men who also needed cuts as well and fit them in with my appointment. The place is small but they take great care of you and pay attention to all of the details. Would highly recommend! Clean facility, nice staff, great location. Would come back!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My visit to The Master Barber Experience in Lake Nona was, without a doubt, the best haircut I’ve ever had—and that’s entirely thanks to John. From the moment I walked in, the shop felt clean, professional, and welcoming. The space is modern but still warm, with a comfortable vibe that makes you feel at ease right away. I was greeted promptly and offered a drink while I waited, which was a classy and thoughtful touch. John was my barber, and I can honestly say he’s a true professional. He took time to ask questions about how I usually wear my hair, what I like, what I don’t, and even offered some insight based on my hair texture and face shape. It wasn’t just a haircut—it was a custom-tailored experience. The cut itself was incredibly precise.

Stumbled on this place miandering through Lake Nona Town Center. What a find! Truly a master barber experience. Best cut and shave in 3 decades. Aroma therapy bonus. 5 layers of lotion before razor hit skin. Highly recommend Richard. I will be back.

I didn’t actually come here but I need to share the kindness of Edwin (the owner, I believe). My sister and I were eating pizza outside of The Master Barber Experience building and Edwin was leaving and locking up the doors (we didn’t know his name at first, but the website confirmed that it is indeed, Edwin). He saw that we were eating pizza and was concerned that we didn’t have any drinks. We told him we were drinking water, and he was APPALLED at the fact that we were eating pizza with water haha! He quickly went inside the building and brought out two cans of coke for us and basically said “much better.” My sister and I couldn’t stop thinking about how kind that was of him! Even though I’ve never done this experience, I HIGHLY recommend it based on Edwin’s kindness alone!
