I have been going to see Tess for 8 months now. She is the best at her art! She gives me exactly what I want every time I go in. She does a great job of throughly consulting and always works with my budget. She is understanding of my hair goals and is realistic about the process to achieve these goals. She also prioritizes my hair health which is important to me! She’s so kind and easy to talk to. Her entire environment feels so safe. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She never fails to make me feel beautiful!

tess has such a peaceful vibe and her work TRULY speaks for itself. i was a little nervous going to a new salon, but she exceeded all my expectations. i left the salon feeling myself and looking great!! i cannot recommend her enough

So I had a birthday trip coming and need my hair done. Not only cut, but colored and style as well. I search in Google and found this place. Booked an appointment online with no problems. A week before the appointment, Tess texted me asking what I was looking for, sent her a pic, and she said it's was no problem doing the hair. The day of the appointment, we sat down and had a run down about the style and colors I wanted, she went over prices and how much everything was going be. I can say I felt safe and comfortable with her. I will definitely come back to her for har and also eyebrows (she hook me up). Tes is a genius with hair. Have been her client since February of 25. She does balayage for my hair, which is about medium length. Asked for her to not give me a 'money piece' in winter, and it turned out so well I chose to have more added in May. Excellent customer service.
