The Malin Flatiron

Just an unbelievably thoughtful workspace. Every single detail is just perfect. There are two floors, with endless little nooks to work from. Skylights on the upper floor make it feel even better. All of the furniture is so comfortable, it makes you not want to leave. From the oat milk only espresso machine, to the hydration packets, you know those high-class thick napkins in the bathroom with nice soaps and hand lotion, everything just feels so high end because it is. If you get there early enough, look out for that pumpkin or banana bread, and enjoy those cookies at 2PM. Everyone that works there is mad friendly. The design of the space is impeccable and it attracts a certain kind of person. The place is basically brand new, and with the Equinox downstairs, this is possibly the greatest

I knew the Malin Flatiron was the one within an hour of touring the space. I can honestly say it’s the best coworking space I’ve ever been to (and I toured quite a few coworking spaces!!) The community here is exceptional. Everyone is friendly, ambitious, and genuinely interesting. It’s one of the few workspaces where it feels effortless to strike up a convo in the kitchen with someone new and people really engage with you. There’s a warm and open energy in the space that’s really hard to find elsewhere. The space itself is stunning. The design, the furniture, the lighting... everything feels elevated, intentional, and incredibly comfortable. This is a 10/10 co-working space and it is super well run. It has everything you need all the time and the staff are amazing. They are extremely attentive, friendly, reasonable, and on top of things. You are in extremely good hands with Jana, Ethan, Kristen, Diana, and Torin. I've worked in a lot of places but this is by far the tippity top.
