10/10 recommend working with Ashley. I cannot say enough about how finding the Lotus Spa has improved my quality of life. The only regret I have is not beginning laser hair removal sooner. Seriously, it will change your life. If you want to be able to just throw on a swimsuit and go, Ashley is your lady🩷

I go to Ashley for laser hair removal. If I’m being honest, I was somewhat nervous to go to someone I didn’t know because it’s uhh... kinda up close and personal. Bottom line, Ashley is absolutely amazing! She has a super high end laser, her place is adorable and I instantly felt comfortable with her! She’s extremely educated and talked me through everything, not to mention her prices are really good! You won’t be disappointed!

Ashley is amazing! The office is clean, relaxing, and comfortable. I've been getting laser removal treatments for the past 6 months and have had only great experiences here. Ashley is super sweet and trustworthy. She is also super flexible with switching around appointments if needed. I am so happy I found this place!

I am new to the Raleigh downtown area, and I am so lucky to have stumbled upon the Lotus Spa! The facility is beautifully decorated, boasting a vintage, up-cycled vibe, and filled with unique, artistic, and stylish decor. The service I received from Ashley by far exceeded my expectations. She is kind, caring, genuine, professional, attentive, knowledgeable, thorough, and informative. Also, she makes you feel valued as a client by being receptive and responsive regarding scheduling and questions related to the procedures. I also loved the specials she offers and the gift bag! If you are considering booking an appointment, I highly recommend!

Ashley is amazing!! She allowed me to add on to my laser hair removal package as I wanted (purchased voucher and wanted more areas done). I was provided with enzyme cream to ensure my discomfort after treatment was kept to a minimum. The overall procedure was not awful and Ashley made sure to check in with me during it. She also is super flexible with my always changing schedule which is much appreciated! I will def be back to have other areas treated!
