Actually cant believe I've never left a review here. I've been coming here for probably 5 years now to Shannon and I've been to a lot of salons in my life. I was in the military and had to bounce from salon to salon for awhile. I came across the loft and checked out Shannon's work and was in love with the quality of work. I would NEVER let anyone touch my hair again. I'm a natural dark curly brunette with thin hair but I love being blonde and occasionally having long hair. One of the last times Shannon did my hair other stylist were shocked when she was done, they thought I was a different customer because the healthy transformation of my hair from short brunette to pretty vibrant blonde was shocking. Brandy is truly incredible. This is the first time in my life that I’ve walked out of a salon completely ecstatic about my hair. She listened, she delivered, and somehow made it even better than I imagined. She’s basically a magician with scissors and color. If you’re on the fence, book the appointment. You won’t regret it.

I wish I had found this place 3 years ago when I first moved to MD. Their stylists are all amazing. I had the privilege of having Emmerson as my stylist, and she went above and beyond for me. My hair hasn't felt this great in YEARS! I love that the whole salon works together putting the client first; it's a rarity and has set the bar in my eyes.

I can’t say enough great things about Doni!!! Wow… I had a really bad color job done by another salon. Bad is probably an understatement! I went for A color consult today with Doni and she was able to take on the huge task of this huge color correction! She is patient and super knowledgeable! She now has a client for life. Thank you so much for your understanding and helping me get my life back! I know it wasn’t an easy task and I can’t thank you enough!!!
