I’ve been seeing Krystal for over 10 years, and I can honestly say she is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly skilled, attentive, and always seems to know exactly what my body needs. Every session leaves me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and cared for. Beyond her talent, she’s warm, professional, and makes you feel completely comfortable. I can’t recommend her enough!

I have had pain for years, unable to figure out why, how to get rid of it, or even where the pain was exactly coming from. It was recommended to me to try getting a massage, since that seemed to always be the part in physical therapy that helped the most. I was really nervous but decided to try. When I went to Essenza Escape for the first time I was so scared- but I did feel comfortable enough to try again and I’m so glad I did! I just went for the third time today and I’ve never been so relaxed in my whole life! I didn’t want to move 😂. Krystal is very good at her job!! I am so glad I found this place because it has already helped SO much!! I wish I could afford to go every day because I totally would! I’ve always had a great experience getting massages at Essenza Escape. If you arrive early (and you should) you have the opportunity to spend a few minutes in the relaxation room, where you can have a seat to enjoy dimmed lights and some light refreshments. Krystal takes the time to ask about your trouble areas and where you’d like her to focus. If you like a deep tissue massage she can really get deep into your knots to loosen them up. I’ve never felt rushed, and Krystal and her staff have always been very pleasant. Bath bombs are available, which my wife loves, and you can book online to make it super easy.
