The Lifted Lash

This was my first lash lift so I didn’t know what to expect. The burning during the application process was intense. I was assured that’s not typical. Lashes came out totally curling into my eyelids. See photo. I was hesitant but came back the next day for a fix. She was kind initially. She redid the process and then commented the lashes still seemed too curled. She tried to relax them again. I felt the lashes were still not relaxed enough after her second attempt… she became visibly annoyed and said well that’s all I can do, thank you! I said one side is still more curled than the other. She responded THANK YOU. It was so awkward and rude. I suppose she has enough five star reviews so my business wasn’t THAT important. Unfortunate.

I had a lash and brow tint done by Elizabeth. The results were AMAZING! My friends were impressed by the color and precision of the tint. Elizabeth was super nice and professional. Her space was cute and I'll be back for more!
