I am happy to find stretch and glow. I am not concerned about the weight loss (which in my case isn't much), but the pain management both my knees. I've had one replaced and the other will need to be in the future. With the red light I have less pain, less swelling and more mobility. I am happy the inflammation in down as well. I have lost inches without trying, but for me the pain relief means I would give her a 10 if it would allow me. The location and set are perfect.
