In love with the hair experience I had with Brandon Trilli at the Lift. Hands down it was the best color service I have ever had…and I have been to salons in Paris and LA. Of course come in with your game plan but you probably won’t even need it because he can see exactly what suits you! An expert in his field for sure. We are so lucky to have him here in the valley. Can’t recommend the blonde services enough. I now have the perfect shade for my complexion. Thanks Lift Salon!

I recently had an incredible experience at The Lift Salon, and I cannot recommend them enough. I went in to have one full year of black box dye professionally removed so I could return to my natural medium brown color. As you can imagine, this was a long and detailed process — I was at the salon for eight hours — and the entire team made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They consistently checked in to see if I needed water, coffee, or a snack, and truly cared about my well-being throughout the day. The accommodations and overall atmosphere were exceptional. My stylist, Laura, was absolutely amazing. She was not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I can’t say enough good things about this salon! The consistency is unmatched — I get an amazing cut and color every single time I go. The level of professionalism is so impressive, and you can truly tell the team is expertly trained and stays current with the latest trends and techniques. The vibe is welcoming, friendly, and relaxed. They use incredible products, and it shows in the results. I always leave feeling confident, refreshed, and completely taken care of. Sam Bruno at The Lift Salon is an absolute professional and a true hair artist. Sam takes her time to listen and respond to my needs as well as give her input. She is a calming presence who I know I can spend my time chatting with or in a quiet state and be equally comfortable. I’m grateful to have found her and The Lift Salon. I moved to western Mass from the Boston area so it took me a minute to find a new salon out here. The lift is perfect. It has an urban feel but with added warmth. A wonderful, high quality salon! I have been coming to The Lift for at least 10 years, the last 6 of which I have been living in Boston and drive 2 hours to come. Christel (the owner) has always cut my hair. I appreciate Christel’s knowledge and ability to respect your wishes while also offering professional advice. The shampooing experience is out of this world with reclining massage chairs and heated towels during a lengthy head massage. The salon is always busy yet always on time, and it is telling that they have been able to retain a talented team even through industry staffing challenges. I appreciate that they are open until 8pm during the week and that you can easily book/cancel/reschedule online. I am impressed by The Lift’s long-time commitment to education - every Monday they are
