I was very disappointed with my experience at Beyond the Surface. My appointment started late and the delay was never acknowledged. When I was finally seen, the appointment felt rushed and I didn’t feel that my concerns were really heard. I tried to explain what I was hoping to achieve with the treatment, but it felt like the owner moved forward without fully discussing the plan or explaining the reasoning behind it. During the appointment, Shantell also seemed tired, distracted and not fully engaged, which made me feel uneasy given that these treatments require precision and attention to detail.
