The Lash Lounge

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this lash salon. What was supposed to be a beauty service turned into a painful and stressful situation. Shortly after getting my lash extensions, my eyes became very swollen, irritated, and uncomfortable. The reaction got so bad that I had to go to urgent care for treatment. Within just four days, all of my lash extensions fell out, along with many of my natural lashes, which was really upsetting. I contacted the manager right away and even sent pictures to show what happened. Unfortunately, instead of offering support or taking responsibility, I was told there was nothing they could do except offer another set at half price. I had a lovely experience with Mairim during my first visit. She did a great job on my lashes and provided a quick, efficient service! I asked for a more natural look with a classic set and she took the time to listen during my consult and come up with the best look for my eye shape. I signed up for the membership since it just made sense and will save me money in the long run, so will definitely be back. Would absolutely recommend Lash Lounge WG!

Mia did a great job with my skimpy lashes and made them look great. She was also very patient with my coughing fits from allergies. Great stylist!
