The Lash Lounge

I have never ever been serviced by this location however I did inquire to do so this morning. I simply inquired about a removal service and the receptionist quoted me with the price that I felt was too expensive to remove 10 lash fibers. I simply explained to her that I’m not interested in booking the appointment after I was quoted the price due to the price being non-competitive. The receptionist wanted to back-and-forth with me via text over my own opinion. When I told them to enjoy their weekend they sent me a thumbs up. The professionalism of a business is reflected with the front desk interaction whether it is via phone or face to face. You wanna argue with people like I’m criticizing your mother‘s cooking, then get out the franchise.

I love the Lash Lounge in Glen Mills. The shop is immaculate and inviting. The staff is professional. I have never had to wait because they are always ready to take me at my appointment time. There is free parking available. I started getting the hybrid level 3 over 6 months ago and I still get compliments. I am hooked. If you're new to lashes, they do a comprehensive consultation to get a sense of what you are looking for and what works best for your eye shape and current lashes. They explained everything to me and weren't patronizing. They also explain how to do aftercare. Sorry if the picture doesn't work.

I paid for a lash lift and tint in early January and saw absolutely no difference when I left. I reached out to ask for a redo or refund and was told no, and that it was somehow my fault for not speaking up right away and for using a lash curler when I got home. Girl I only used a curler because there was no visible lift at all!!! hows that my fault?? Disappointing service and response. Won’t be returning for sure

Morgan was WONDERFUL! I absolutely love my natural looking lashes! I got the Classic Level 2 with C curl. They are the most natural looking lashes I’ve ever gotten, by far!
