The Ultimate Shave

I’ve been bringing my son to Ultimate Shave for a few years. He is always pleased with his hair cut. They are friendly and on time.

As a regular customer, I’m disappointed to say this place is no longer worth it. prices went up again... Quality: I’ve tried a handful of stylists, and the cuts are consistently just okay—definitely not $40 quality. Fees: The payment process is frustrating. You aren't allowed to pay in full online, forcing a second transaction in-store where they add a $2.95 credit card fee. It feels like the owner is not present or aware of how these policies affect the customer experience."

I had to extend my stay in PA just after Thanksgiving and so needed to get a haircut. I booked with The Ultimate Shave because of the good reviews and its location, next door to my hotel. Shaina did a fantastic job, and she was very professional and friendly. I will definitely come back here if I find myself in need while visiting PA again! Thanks!

First time coming here. Never heard of it but figured I'd give it a try as the reviews were positive. Nice clean and welcoming environment with some of the nicest ladies whom work here. Got a great fade with the nice taper and unexpectedly received a free wash to boot. Alicia was my stylist, very professional, kind and pleasant to be seated with. Magic fingers for that head massage, almost put me into a tranquil sleep. I'll be a regular here now for sure.

Booked an appointment . Prepaid. Arrived on time to be told barber running a little late. 45 minutes later again told barber late and on her way. Arrival time uncertain. Refund requested and not provided. Estimated arrival time uncertain. No contingency plan for my appointment No squeeze in or offer of any sort. I left unrefunded with no effort to work around the absentee barber
