I got the worst set of lashes I have ever gotten. They are short and blocky, nothing like I asked for! (The last 2 pics) I cried and she said “oh well, maybe the next person can do them like you want!” Jessica told me that I didn’t have enough natural lashes, but look how many she left out. I never had a problem with any other studio. Then Jessica proceeded to follow me to the lobby to grab my other card like I was going to leave without paying. I really regret coming here. I don’t recommend this place at all! I lost 3 lash clusters in 20 min directly leaving my appointment. I don’t ever want to come back.

This review was way overdue. I started my lash extension journey since 2024 I first started with Gretelle who's great, then I booked with Janna for more compatible scheduling, who is amazing BTW, I don't doubt that any of the technicians are nothing, but great! But I've love Jannas technique and style. She really listens to what you want and executes flawlessly with also adjusting to what works and looks best with your natural lashes and eye shape. She's a beautiful person inside and out; very professional has me looking forward to my appointments! Each time is nothing but a wonderful experience. The location is clean organized and well kept, every one is friendly and helpful! I took a break for a new temp job location during 2025. A year later was overjoyed when I returned to see her

I love my eyelashes and my lash artist is Ann. She is absolutely amazing. I have gone away for a month and still have my lashes on. She is sweet and professional. I only use her because she is so talented. Thank you Ann for my beautiful lashes 😘

Amazing experience at The Lash and Sugar Company! I got a lash lift with Adriana and it was quick, easy, and flawless. She was so friendly, professional, and truly on point, my lashes look great. I’ll definitely be back! Update. My lashes did not take the lift but overall experience was good here. Can someone reach out to me regarding this. Thanks!

I went for a classic set with Janna - amazing, she did my lashes EXACTLY as I wanted, she was patient, took extra time on me to achieve the look. Thanks to her I feel confident on today’s event & they even reach out after the appointment next day to check up if everything was okay. Definitely would reccommend! 🤩
