Alysia was my stylist at The Junction Salon and Bar, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, kind, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I appreciated how she paid attention to every detail and made thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy, which helped me feel completely comfortable and confident in her hands. She’s a truly talented stylist. In the end, she gave me the most gorgeous beach curls soft, bouncy, and perfectly framing my face. I absolutely loved the result and will definitely be returning to her again. The salon itself is so welcoming and inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I’m writing this review because River is an amazing hairstylist! My hair has always been perfect when it’s done by her. She has done my hair since 2022 and I couldn’t be more grateful to her. My first experience at the Junction Salon was a vivid colors appointment with Alyssa! I want to point out the fact that she is an absolute sweetheart to be around! She makes sure to talk you through the entire process of what you're wanting and makes sure that you're happy with it! During the whole process of her doing my hair, she made me very comfortable and she was so funny the entire time! I ended up so happy with my new hair! I recently had my hair cut and styled by River, and they did an AMAZING job! My hair has more life and movement than ever before. I originally wanted curtain bangs with a middle part, but because of how my hair naturally lays (my part is basically on the side of my head, haha), it would’ve taken a lot of effort on my end to retrain it. River was honest and explained that while it was possible, it would require a lot of upkeep—which I truly appreciated as I do not have that kind of dedication to my hair, LOL. Instead of just giving me the cut and letting me struggle, they helped me choose a style that works with my hair. River made me feel comfortable and heard the entire time.
