Nikol did such an amazing job on my nails! The appointment was quick and completely painless, and my nails came out PERFECT! She is so talented and pays attention to every detail.

I went to get highlights from Natalia Kelina. But instead of nice, smooth highlights, I got a bleach chunk in the middle of my hair, right over the forehead. I was very upset. I went to show her and asked her to redo it. She looked and said sarcastically, “Oh, it’s easy to fix, and I wish that this would be the worst problem in your life like your hair.” Instead of toning it down or adding a few brown highlights, she put even more bleach on it. As a result, my hair roots suffered a nasty chemical burn. I experienced excessive hair loss afterward, and my hair stopped growing. I was devastated and stopped seeing her after that.
