My sister came in town for some r & r and qt with me after the death of a loved one. She booked services for us to begin at 1:00 PM. We left breakfast with our family early to arrive on time for our appointment. We were told someone did not show for work and instead of our services being done together they would be done one after the other. So her reflexology service was first and I waited for mine. We then had facials done at the same time. As the receptionist informed us of what happened she said the reflexology would be free. AFTER the services were done she said “oh because the person showed up the owner said we had to pay”. First of all- she was still LATE after we rushed to be on time. I had such a remarkable experience. Wisdom was my esthetician, and she is amazing! My face is still glowing 2 weeks later back in LA. Yes, I waited to get to Atlanta to have my facial done with her and her only! BOOK HER!

My son bought me a massage for my birthday. I called to set up the date at that time I said to the receptionist that how much would it cost if I were to get an extra extended for half an hour more at the moment she said $55 and I said OK well, I’m gonna think about it at that point she said to me it’s better to book it now because I guess if I booked an hour, then I get then I want to do the extra half an hour. The therapist may have another appointment so I said OK so we booked booked for 90 minutes I tried calling that morning 5.6 times and no one answered. so when I arrive to reception that was on duty, I explained to her how I was only gonna do an hour, and I explained I have been calling and at that point, she told me that the computers were down and the phones that she was doing ever

I only go here because it’s close to where I live. It’s ok. It’s hit and miss sometimes I get a good masseuse and then sometimes I don’t. If you don’t mind the drive u would recommend going some places else. I remember they cancelled on me twice even day of and then I forgot the rescheduled date and they charged my debit card $50 for missed appointment when the rescheduled one twice. So keep that in mind when booking here.

The customer service is awful. I called to get some information and book and appointment. The lady hung up in my face. That let me know right then I would never spend money at that facility.
